The lower level, which is three steps down, has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, utility room and access door onto the deck.
Power is provided by solar power.
The cabin is fully furnished with everything you may need including full cooking facilities, dishes, pots and pans.
In addition to the inside bathroom, the cabin also has an outhouse for those who want to
“rough it”.
The exterior of the cabin is pretty much maintenance free with vinyl siding, aluminum soffit and fascia and a green metal roof.
Access to the property is by road that is open all year round.
All this sits on a 1.42 acre lot. The frontage on the lake is 198 feet, frontage on the road is 190 feet, the depth on the west side is 347 feet and the depth on the east side is 298 feet.
There is a 66 foot shoreline reservation that according to the MNR can be purchased for $1,000 Cdn.
Arrow Lake is 15 miles long (24 km), 2 miles wide (3 km) and only 40 miles (64 km) west of the City of Thunder Bay. It is less than 1 hour from the Ontario/Minnesota border crossing at Pigeon River.
Fishing at Arrow Lake is FANTASTIC !!! Fish for Lake Trout, Walleye, Northern Pike, Lake Whitefish, Yellow Perch and Smallmouth Bass...You don't have to go anywhere else !!
