CABIN AT GRAVEL LAKES
$55,000.00 US
Located about 45 miles west of the City of Thunder Bay are a string of small lakes called THE GRAVEL LAKES.
The Gravel Lakes are three lakes that range in size from 6 acres to 26 acres.
The Gravel Lakes have fish in them. Mostly Northern Pike and Perch.
We offer this older cabin that sits on 5 acres of land. It needs a handyman that is willing to put in lots of sweat to make it a gem. It could use a new roof, a new exterior and some interior work as well.
Right now the cabin keeps the rain and bugs out.
There is electrical power to the cabin and there is a spring fed dug well for your water source. A rustic outhouse is located in the trees.
Heating is by an oil burner in the cabin.
The cabin is ideally situated on the north end of the lake and faces south.
Lots of nice trees are on the property.
A nice view of the lake from the front deck.
Access is via a seasonal gravel road that runs north off Highway 588. Hwy 588 is a good paved highway that is maintained year round.
