CABIN ON CLEARWATER LAKE JUST SOUTH OF ARMSTRONG ONTARIO   $140,000.00 US

THIS IS A CLEARWATER LAKE BEAUTY !!

If you are driving,
From Duluth, Minnesota, take Highway 61 east to Thunder Bay. Follow Highway 11/17 east just past the Terry Fox rest stop, go north from Thunder Bay for about 230 km (141 miles) on Highway 527.
The scenic drive should take just under 3 hours from Thunder Bay.
Highway 527 is a paved two lane Highway that ends at the Town of Armstrong, Ontario.
Armstrong is only 5 miles north of Clearwater Lake.

The cabin is only 10 years old , built in 1996.
Frame construction, asphalt shingles, insulated so that it can be used year round.
The exterior of the cabin has log siding at the front and vinyl siding on the other three sides.

The cabin features TWO bedrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen with running water and an INDOOR BATHROOM.
The water source is from a 160 foot drilled well. LOTS OF WATER AND SO ...GOOD !!
Heating is with a wall mounted, forced air propane fired furnace.
The cabin is wired with 100 amp service and there is telephone service (land line).

Size of the cabin is approximately 1,000 square feet.

There is plenty of tongue and groove pine on some walls to give you that nice “cabin feel”.
This cabin is very well built, in very good condition and will offer many years of great family use. Just imagine spending summers here with your children or grandchildren. Teach them to fish , hunt or just gain an appreciation and love for our outdoors.
This is how memories are made !

There is also a sauna building where you can enjoy hot sauna’s and then jump into the lake. GREAT FUN !!

The sunsets over Clearwater Lake are picture-perfect.
Late at night, watch the northern lights dance across the sky, mirroring a rainbow of colour in the lake.

With so much beauty around here, there is no sleeping in. You’ll be up early and sit on a chair to watch the lake’s awakening. See the shoreline rising from mysterious mists. Hear the Loons calling in the bay. Watch the rising sun shoot streaks of pink, blue, yellow and purple toward grey-black northern sky. Amazing ..isn’t it?
This whole area offers walleye and northern pike fishing at its very best.

Use this cabin the jumping off point for great fishing and hunting adventures in the Many lakes and rivers in this area.
