File 64 - 154.5 Acres in Wark Township.   $23,000.00 US
Located north of the City of Timmins and east of Highway 655 is where you’ll find this remote access property.

You can drive to the property in your half ton truck, but the roadway is along the hydro line corridor.

This means that you can get there in non winter months by truck and by snowmobile in winter months.

The property is fairly wooded with primarily spruce trees.

There is a small pond near the center of the property and a small creek that flows out.

This would make an ideal location to build that hunt camp on.

Property comes with surface rights only and the trees come with the land.

The pond attracts the moose, lots of black bear around and the small game hunting along the hydro line corridor should be great. The deer are slowly moving in also.

Located in Wildlife Management Unit (WMU) 30

Deer hunting is now allowed in WMU 30

DEER HUNTING
The non resident season for deer is Oct. 1 to Nov. 1 & Nov. 15 to Nov. 30 (the same as the resident season)

BLACK BEAR HUNTING
The following non-residents are not required to use a licensed bear operator:
A non-resident who is the owner of property in a WMU that has an open black bear season for non-residents.
The bear season is Aug. 15 to Oct. 31

MOOSE HUNTING
Non-residents who are owners of land in a WMU that has an open season for non-residents and wish to hunt in that unit, may apply for a calf validation tag from a ServiceOntario Centre. (Non-resident landowners are not eligible to apply in the resident moose draw for an adult validation tag.) Non-residents who qualify under this exception and wish to apply for a calf validation tag must purchase a moose licence and, prior to the hunt, submit their application along with proof of property ownership to a ServiceOntario Centre. Where a property is owned by more than one person or by a corporation, only one calf validation tag will be issued.
