Access is limited which gives the property the “remote” status. There is a decent road from Sunshine for approximately three miles and then you need a 4 x 4 truck trail for another three miles. This takes you to the river and then you have to boat across to the property.
The trail can be somewhat difficult in wet weather or early spring. In winter use snowmobile.
