Built in 2000, this cabin is the DREAM HUNTING CABIN.
Size is about 600 square feet plus a loft bedroom.
The main floor is open concept with the kitchen, eating area and the living area. A bathroom has been roughed in and already has a shower unit and a sink. No indoor toilet yet but there is an outhouse.
The cabin has a metal roof, red pine siding and aluminum soffit and fascia.
Wired for generator, a 5400 watt generator also comes with the cabin and is housed in a separate generator shed.
A shed for storing wood has also been built.
There is a detached garage that was built in 2005. The garage is 20 feet x 26 feet in size with a part gravel floor and part wooden floor.
An airtight wood stove provides all the heat you need.
A propane fridge and stove comes with the cabin as do most of the furnishings.
A lot of the poplar trees were harvested in 1996 to 1997. A stand of black spruce was left in the northeast corner of the property. Some mixed stands were left in the southeast and southwest corners.
A nice stand of upland cedars were left in the center of the property near a 2 acre pond that the animals just love to go to.
The west line of the property borders on Crown land. From the west portion of the property you have direct access to over 5,000 acres of Crown land
There is exceptional Whitetail Deer Hunting in this area, with abundant deer and many opportunities for trophy Boone & Crockett Bucks. There is a large amount of dense cover in the area and lots of unpopulated territory which results in a low pressure hunting area here.

Non residents must be accompanied by one licensed guide for each 2 hunters when hunting in the Territorial district of Rainy River, WMUs within this area include 9B,10, 11A and part of 7B and 12B.
