EAGLE LAKE offers a challenge to the fisherman - record Muskie have been taken from the lake. Cast or troll for this fierce fighter as well as for Lake Trout, Walleye, Northern Pike or Smallmouth Bass.
If your interests are TROPHY MUSKIE, LAKE TROUT, WALLEYE, SMALLMOUTH BASS, OR NORTHERN PIKE fishing, or simply relaxing in your own unique wilderness retreat then , here the busy world of traffic and tension is left far behind as you relax in this remote and picturesque location.
If you enjoy catching BIG fish then, Eagle Lake has them.
The WALLEYE fisherman might well find the lunker he's always wanted to have mounted, to enjoy for a lifetime. Each season seems to produce a few monster walleyes close to the 13 pound class.
Northern Pike are prolific in Eagle Lake. They are eager to attack any bait you're using and they don't seem to care whether you are a beginner or expert. Twenty-five pound pike are not common here, (we think the 100 pound muskies probably eat them) but fish half that size are taken regularly, with many each year in the 15 to 20 pound range. Trophy Muskie Eagle lake holds a special attraction for experienced muskie fishermen. They know that it has produced 60 pound trophies and has, in the past, held the World's Record for muskie.
SMALLMOUTH BASS and LAKE TROUT also inhabit these waters, providing each fisherman the opportunity to pursue his own specialty.
This Location is ideal for the nature watcher… Nature buffs will find themselves in heaven when they arrive at this property and see the remoteness of this location.
Wildlife A real treat enjoyed by anyone is the sight of deer, bear, beaver, a soaring eagle, and occasionally, the elusive moose making their living along the shorelines of the creeks and bays. If you have the good fortune to come upon a moose standing in the shallows, it’s guaranteed to be a sight you’ll not forget; so impressive are these magnificent giants.
For the Explorer or Hiker Taking a hike up the shoreline of a rushing stream to its source, following a moose trail or enjoying the wild flowers is a pleasant way to spend an afternoon after a morning of fishing. World record fish have been caught here! Come build your cabin and try to catch one yourself!
