2004 Annual Fishing Trip

REMI LAKE BEAUTY   $85,000.00 US

THIS RECENTLY RENOVATED CABIN IS A MUST TO SEE AND ENJOY !!!

EVERYTHING IS IN GOOD CONDITION and ready for you to enjoy this coming season.

The cabin is of pine wood siding on the exterior and tongue and groove pine interior, and look what is in the cabin......

Two bedrooms on the main floor and bedroom in the loft.

The loft sleeps two, the master bedroom sleeps two, the guest bedroom (currently used for storage can sleep two (and it has an ensuite), and a pullout couch in the living room can sleep two...plenty of room for the growing family or overnight guests.

There is a new deck that wraps around the front and east side of the cabin.

All chattels and furniture other than some personal effects come with the cabin.

The fridge and stove are included.

The roof was re-shingled three years ago with asphalt shingles.

The water source is from a drilled well that is 248 feet deep...good, clean fresh and sweet tasting water.

LADIES...we have an indoor toilet !

Septic disposal is two holding tanks that have a capacity of 11,000 liters and were installed in September of 2005, and the tanks come with a 25 year warranty.

The cabin has electricity with a 100 amp service.

Telephone service is available but not hooked up to the cabin. Cellular service is available and has good reception.

This property is comprised of two parcels of land.
Parcel # 1 is 100.5 feet x 101.08 feet. This parcel has the cabin on it (known as lot 53) and is only 100 feet away from the lake. There are over 30 mature poplar and pine trees around the cabin.
Parcel # 2 is a vacant lot across the road from the cabin (Block E), this property is pie shaped and has the frontage on Remi Lake (see survey). There is a boat launch right next to this block.

There are many hiking and nature trails around the lake and close to the property.
Cross country skiing trails are plentiful, so are snowmobiling trails.
IT JUST DOESN’T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS !!!

IF you want a nice family get-a-way cabin, summer destination or for any season, a place to spend good, quality time with your family and a place TO BUILD FOND FAMILY MEMORIES then, this is the place for you!

WHERE IS REMI LAKE ?

Located 25 kms (15 ½ miles) east of Kapuskasing and 3 miles north of Moonbeam, Remi Lake drains via the Remi river into the Kapuskasing, Marragami and Moose Rivers into James Bay.
Moonbeam is at the junction of Highways 11 and 581, with the latter leading three miles north to the large Remi Lake and Remi Brunelle Provincial Park. All supplies and services can be obtained in Kapuskasing, the areas largest town 15 1/2 miles northwest.
WHAT ABOUT REMI LAKE ?
As a lake, Remi Lake is a large body of light brown coloured water.
Lying at a height of 790 feet above sea level, Remi Lake has a surface area of 6,204 acres.
The perimeter of the lake measures 34.2 miles.
