ABOUT THE AREA
This area has everything the avid hunter and fisher would need.

OR you can head over to Night Hawk Lake and enjoy the big lake fishing.
Night Hawk Lake also connects to Frederick house Lake via the Frederick House River.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The property enjoys roughly 1,300 meters (4,265 feet) of River frontage on both sides of the Driftwood River.
There is a small cabin located at the property. The owner hasn’t been there since 2005, so we are not familiar with the condition of the cabin.
Also, according to our maps, the cabin looks like it is located on Crown land, not on the property.
You are surrounded by Crown land on the North, East and West property lines.
This will be a great property to set up a base camp and head out on your hunting and fishing adventures.
DRIFTWOOD RIVER
Driftwood River flows north through the property and spills into Moose Lake.
From there is continues North and branches off into several small streams.
The main sections of Drifwood River, finally connects with the Abitibi River, which then flows North into Moose River and finally into the Hudson Bay.
ACCESS
In the non winter months you can drive a pickup truck within 2.7km of the property. You can take an ATV for the last 2.7km.
In the winter you can snowmobile directly to the property.
