The property fronts on the south side of Fish Hatchery Road.
Fish Hatchery Road is a year round gravel topped road that is maintained by the Township Of Dorion.
When the property was harvested in 2020 the owners constructed a driveway entrance and the entrance remains today.

Electrical power runs along the south side of Fish Hatchery Road
This means that the power line is along the north side of the property and can easily be brought into the property.
