We did a patent search on this property and found that the property was patented by King Edward the Seventh to a Volunteer who served in South Africa and the Volunteer Militia on the Frontier in 1866.

The property is 161.5 acres in size.

You have access to the Blanche River from the crown land.  The river is roughly 1.4km (0.9 miles) from the east property line.

You also have access to Round Lake, which is only 2.6km (1.6miles) away or head north for 4.8km (3 miles) and you are now at Otto Lake.

The property NEIGHBOURS CROWN LAND. On the WEST, SOUTH AND EAST property lines.

The North section of the property is at 310 meters above sea level, and it rises to 340 meter above sea level towards the South end.

When you continue onto the neighbouring crown land, the elevation continues to flow from 310 and up to 350 meters above sea level, which gives the area a beautiful view of rolling hills.

You will find many spots to build your cabin(s) on depending on what kind of view you want.

Within 6km you have three lakes; Round Lake, Otto Lake and Kenogami Lake to choose from.

LIKE TO FISH?

Fish the Blanche River and go boating to the north and south in a small boat, canoe or kayak for at least a few kilometers before encountering some rapids.

Fish Holmes Lake, Galer Lake, Wyle Lake and four other lakes all within a 15 minute ATV ride.

Fish for Walleye, perch, norther pike, smallmouth bass.

The closest community is the Town of Englehart to the southwest.
