Getting an entrance permit to the property off Highway 11 from the MTO shouldn’t be a problem as the neighbours on either side of this property already have entrances off Highway 11.
The south section of the property is bordered by the railway at the north end and by an unopened road allowance at the south end.
The current access to the south end is by following the trail along the Underground Natural Gas line right of way.
There is a very good trail along the right of way that is easily driveable by ATV or ARGO and if dry you can almost drive a truck to the easterly line of the property which is only about 400 meters about 1,300 feet from the gravel road.
