We class this property as a “REMOTE ACCESS” property.
There is no serviced road or a driveable road to this property.
There is a TRAIL that goes to and through the property.
Getting to this property would be by ATV or ARGO in the non-winter months and by SNOWMOBILE in the winter months.
From the Town of Kirkland Lake turn north on the Goodfish Lake Road and drive for about 4 kilometers and at this point there is a fravel road entrance on the left hand side of the road.
Turn onto this entrance and how far you can drive your truck in is determined by the time of year and how dry or wet it is at that time.
Once you drive your truck as far as you can then the rest of the way is by ATV or by ARGO. In the winter months there would be no problem getting to the property in a snowmobile.
Total distance of this trail to the property from Goodfish Road is about 3.5 kilometers.
This type of access is what makes this an ideal hunting property.
Most hunters won’t drive an ATV or ARGO for 3.5 kilometers to get to a hunting spot so you will have less competition to deal with.
