We did a patent search on this property and found that the property was patented by King George the Fifth to a Volunteer who served in South Africa and the Volunteer Militia on the Frontier in 1866.
A review of the patent shows that the property is 160 acres in size.
There is a seasonal road that will allow you to drive a truck to within 1.6km’s (1 mile) to the property.
From here, you will need to follow the trails by ATV to access the parcel.
You can access the property through crown land, but some of the better trails cross private land.
Since the Township IS UNORGANIZED you will NOT require building permits for any structure you want to build.
There are no limitations as to how big or how small you can build, and no limitations as to the number of buildings you can build.
The contour maps show that the property is relatively flat land.
You will find many spots to build your cabin(s) on depending on what kind of view you want.
