A review of the Google aerial photos indicate that the mature timber was harvest on this property around 2008.

The contour maps show that this property is relatively flat.

There is a small creek the meanders through the Southwest corner of this property.

 

ACCESS

Based on the satellite images there seems to be two trails to this property:

The first trail looks like and old ATV trail.  From Highway 101 and Fretz Road, head South on Fretz Road for 1.6km.  From here you are 1.7km to the Northeast corner of the subject property.  You will need to take and ATV or ARGO for this trail.

The second trail is a logging road and was created when they harvested the timber on the parcel of crown land just south of the subject property. The logging road starts 2km south of highway 101 on Fretz Road, and 370 meters south of the first ATV trail.  The logging road meanders through crown land, and it is roughly 2.4km. It takes you to the Southeast corner of the subject property.  We recommend using an ATV or Argo for this logging Road.
