THERE IS NO ROAD LEADING TO THE PROPERTY.
The closest way to get to the property is by boat crossing Black Bay, landing on the east shore of the bay and walking in for about 370 meters to the southwestern corner of the property.
The property is bordered to the east and south by the “Black Bay Bog”.
The contour maps show wet possibly marshy groands on this property.

If one were to harvest the trees on this property it would have to be on a WINTER CUT.
