In fact, there is a fire number allocated to this property and the James Township Tax Bill refers to it as 314 BALL PARK ROAD.
Frontage on Ball Park Road is about 1,310 feet.
There is a seasonal gravel road that goes north from Ball Park Road through the southeast portion of the property.
This road continues into Crown Lands for another 5 kilometers.
