Based on topographical maps the property raises 10 meters or 33 feet about the shoreline.
The South end of the property neighbors a 112 meter of 367 feet long sandy beach.
The property is in a remote UNORGANIZED area of Northern Ontario where access is via float plane that would land on North Spirit Lake or wheeled plane to a small airport.
The island is wooded, pretty well, down to the waterfront.
There are NO SERVICES to the island.
Power would come from solar, wind, propane or a combination of all or some of these choices.
All building materials would have to be brought in on the ice roads over the winter months, then by boat to the property.
North Spirit Lake Lodge
There is a 3500 ft landing strip located two miles from the NSL lodge.
If you're a private pilot or looking to fly direct on a charter flight and want to stay at the lodge, then the lodge will meet you to pick up and transport you to the lodge.
Owned and operated by the Nelson family since 1974.
You can then rent a boat and motor from the lodge to go to this land holding.
North Spirit Lake Lodge is the only fishing resort on the entire lake system.
