THE WATABEAG RIVER
About 1,230 feet of the Watabeag River flows through the northwest corner of this property.
As it flows through the property the river averages from 40 feet wide to about 50 feet wide.
We are told by some locals that the river can be from 3 feet to 8 feet deep in some places but the average would be about 3-4 feet deep.

The mature trees were harvested around 2005-2008 and the new growth is now anywhere from 15-18 years old.
The new growth would be from 12 to 25 feet tall depending on species.
The property appears to be quite level mostly throughout and there are a few low spots that may be wet and that is where the moose will hang out in.

From the Town of Matheson you would drive on township maintained roads until you get to twhere the trail starts on the west side of Fisher Road.
THEN it is a short 1.6 kilometer or 1 mile ATV or ARGO ride to the southeast corner of the property.
In winter you can very easily get to this property is a snowmobile within about 5 minutes.
UTILITIES
You are totally OFF THE GRID on this property.
There is no hydro, so if you build yourself a cabin you would probably wire the cabin for generator, install some solar panels to provide lighting, either bring in your drinking water or dig yourself a well, install a composting toilet of build an outhouse.
