HOW TO GET TO THIS PROPERTY
Access to the property is via an ATV trail that goes along a road allowance.

The trail goes along the road allowance and then cuts off into Crown Land and then to the property.
Once you park your vehicle you can ATV or ARGO your way to the property in about a 15 minute slow ride.

The mature wood was harvested between 15-20 years ago.
Basically any trees with a stump under 6 inches would have been left and today those trees are 15-20 years older and taller.
