ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The contour map shows that about ¾ of the property is mostly level at about 300 meters above sea level.
There are a few areas of rocky outcroppings where you can scope around the property,
The westerly quarter of the property slopes down to about 290 meters above sea level towards the seasonal creek that flows into Mobbs lake.
So we have mostly good high dry land, some rocky outcroppings, some slope down to the creek and a few patch areas of maybe some wetland areas.
This all makes for the ideal moose habitat.
The property is well treed with a mix of hardwoods and softwoods as mentioned previously in the section marked TREES.
MOBBS LAKE is only about less than 400 feet from the southwest corner of this property.
The lake has a surface area of about 30 acres and we are told that there are NORTHERN PIKE in the lake and it averages about 10-14 feet deep.

Included with the property is a 2014 travel trailer that is 15 foot STARCRAFT travel trailer that is in near new condition.
