SELLER FINANCING AVAILABLE
Come and relax at your own beautiful wilderness retreat.
When you buy a waterfront property, you’re buying a lot more than just the property itself.
You’re really purchasing access to some of the most spectacular scenery that money can buy.
What’s better than building your seasonal cabin and being able to see a beautiful river from your kitchen table?
Having a cabin near water serves to better connect you with the natural world outside.
Views of the water will also feature more opportunities to see wildlife out your window.
It’s also hard to beat the calming atmosphere that this view provides.
Staying in your cabin near the water is like enjoying a vacation that never has to end.
There’s always space to unwind, decompress, and enjoy the best of what Mother Nature has to offer.
This beautiful 35.90 acre property is located just north of the Town of Matheson on the east side of the BLACK RIVER.
The property is in Carr Township which is within the boundary of the Municipality Of Black River-Matheson in Northeastern Ontario.
Carr Township is AN ORGANIZED TOWNSHIP so you will require a building permit for any structure over 105 square feet.
There are remains of an old field about 200 feet back from the shoreline.
The old field is about 4 acres in size.
This area would be a nice area to cultivate into gardens so you can raise your own crops for spring and summer use.
Also a nice area to build your seasonal cabin in and perhaps clear underbrush and some trees so you would have a great view of the river.
The property enjoys 882 feet of shoreline on the east side of the Black River.
The shoreline is mostly small trees down to the waters edge.
There is a current survey of this property that was completed in March of 2023.
