Looking at the satellite images we can see that there are a number of ways to get to this property.
Probably the most direct route is off the Birch Lake Road north of the property, drive a ways and then use your ATV.
We haven’t been on this ATV trail yet because its winter and the travel restrictions are on at this time but you only have to drive for 2.2 kilometers by ATV and perhaps with some work this trail could be made drivable by truck over the next few years.
A variety of natural attractions and beauty can be found throughout this property.
There are some rocky outcroppings throughout the property.
It has some structure of rolling hills, rocky points and some flat areas.
When we visited an adjoin property to the east last fall we saw that this area has a lot of OAK TREES and Maple trees and a smattering of big Spruce Trees and some Yellow Birch trees.
There were acorns all over the forest floor.
Quite a few Maple Trees for someone interested in a small hobby maple syrup operation.
This is an excellent hunting area.
Black bear season begins mid-August while small game, wild fowl, moose and deer hunting extend from mid-September to mid-December.
The diversity in season offers very different hunting challenges and rewards.
