ABOUT THE PROPERTY
The mature trees were harvested around 2008-2010 so the new growth is now 11 to 13 years old.
The property is mostly level ground with some slight rolling terrain.
It appears that there is a little bit of low area at the extreme south end of the property.
When the mature trees were harvested back in 2008-2010 the harvesting was done as a winter cut so the timber contractor would have made a winter ice or snow road so that the logging trucks could get into the property to be loaded.
In spring when the ice and snow melted what remained was a roadway that was quite packed down and was very suitable for an ATV or an ARGO to get pretty well into most of the property.
Today you can actually see the tracks left by the ATV’s and with time and some hard work and money you could most likely bring the trail up to a standard where you could drive a truck into most of the property.
If you were a hunter then you would probably place tree stands along this trail and you would probably get your game.
THE BENEFITS OF COUNTRY LIVING
