The property is in the western part of the Province of Ontario in the District of Rainy River.
It is west of the border Town of Fort Francis and north of the Town of Emo, Ontario.
The US border of the State of Minnesota is directly across the Rainy River.
This property is located in Potts Township which is within the boundary of the Township Of Chapple.
We have 76.28 acres on a good township maintained gravel road called MAKI ROAD north of Emo, Ontario and just east of Highway 71.
You can drive to the property in spring summer and fall but in winter the road is not plowed since no one lives on this property.
Maki Road ends about ¾ miles past this property so you won’t have very much traffic at all going by you.
It will be quiet here.
