Looking at Google Maps from about 1985 to the present it appears that the mature timber was harvested about the years of 2012 and 2014.
Most of the timber harvested on the property were Spruce Trees and Poplar Trees.
A review of the contour maps indicate that this property is relatively level throughout.
The soils in this area have a clay content.

ACCESS
You CANNOT drive a truck or car to this property as there is NO ROAD leading into the property.
Wilson Lake Road is SEASONALLY MAINTAINED for 9.8 kilometers.
From the end of the seasonally maintained road then you would park your truck and then on the trail going west so you will have to use an ATV or an ARGO to go about 1.47 kilometers.
At this point the trail goes north about 0.8 kilometers or about 800 meters or a half mile to the southerly line of this property.
