There is NO MINIMUM SIZE or MAXIMUM SIZE to a seasonal dwelling/cottage/camp.

There is a minimum setback from the river of 30 meters (98.4 feet) from the floodplain elevation except for a boat house, dock or wharf.

The minimum setback for a low impact accessory building such as a steam or sauna bath, gazebo, storage shed is 15 meters (49.2 feet)

The FLOODPLAIN ELEVATION is 177.3 meters above sea level.

The majority of the property lies above the 180 meters above sea level.
