- Cordingley Lake: Just a 15-minute (8km) drive North, and you will be at this beautiful 2,500-acre lake. Cordingley Lake is home to one of many float plane air services. From here you can use the bush plane services to explore the endless pristine selection of lakes in the area.
- Esnagami Lake: This beautiful fly in only lake is located just a short float plane trip North of Nakina. It is over 22 km’s (14mile) long, has a surface area of over 14,800 acres and a shore length of 109km (67 miles). Esnagami Lake is renowned for its numerous islands, rivers, and bays which provide an ideal environment for trophy fishing.
- Lake Nipigon: Within an hours drive you can be on the largest fresh water lake that is entirely within the boundaries of Ontario. With just under 1.2 million acres in size, this lake is home to some of the largest freshwater fish Ontario has to offer.
