The owners had the trees harvested in the winter of 2004.
Now, the new growth is 18 years old and any trees that were not mature enough to harvest back in 2004 are now 18 years older and taller.
The trees in this area are predominately Spruce trees, Poplar Trees and Birch Trees.

The property size is 79.5 acres.
It is rectangular in shape with a width of about 2,622 feet and a depth of about 1,323 feet.
A review of the topographic maps indicates that the property is relatively level throughout.
There are no indications of any wet or swampy areas on the property.
Since the property was harvested in winter of 2004 the new growth has come up very nicely and fairly thickly.
Most of the new growth is poplar trees and spruce trees and birch trees.
The owners were last at the property about 5 years ago and they said that at that time they drove into the property in a truck.
They have not been back since.
Looking at the google aerial photo going back to 2012 the road leading to the property looks pretty good.
Looking at the google aerial photo of 2020 it appears that some parts of the road may have grown in and will require brushing out so that you can drive in.
