PROPERTY RIGHTS
We did a search of the original patent and found the following:
This property is a patent mining claim.
SURFACE RIGHTS COME WITH THIS PROPERTY.
Mineral Rights are reserved to the CROWN.
TREE RIGHTS are reserved to the CROWN.
The fact that the trees are reserved to the Crown really isn’t a big concern most owners of mining patented properties as the property is mall by forest standards and no timber contractor in their right mind will move machinery to harvest a measly 38 acres of land. There just wouldn’t be enough trees to warrant the expense of moving machinery.
SURVEY
When we did a patent search at the Registry Office we located a copy of an original survey dated June 9th, 1925.
This should still be a current survey as boundaries have not changed and the property has remained undeveloped.
