ABOUT THE PROPERTY

We have 117 acres of nice land.

The property has about 1.38 kilometers or 1,380 meters or 4,527 feet of frontage on the Old Indian Burial Site Road.

There is a creek that originates from Lac a Brouard (Brouard Lake) to the north .

The creek flows south through the property and empties into the Missinaibi River to the south.

The property also has about 2000 feet of frontage along the west side Missinaibi River.

The mature timber was recently harvested but trees were left along both sides of the creek and also in small strips throughout the property in order to provide habitat for game.

Mostly level throughout the property now has the potential to be further cleared in order to make hay fields or you can just leave it and let it regenerate itself back into a wood property.
