You can drive to this property in a truck in the NON-WINTER MONTHS. There is a seasonal road that runs along the western property line. This roadway is not maintained. It is accessible in the winter months by ATV or snowmobile. This area has some spectacular trails to ride on the OFSC trail system.
For the angler, some large lakes are close by, Shebandowan is 24 kms away and Dog Lake is an hour away.
The property is under the Wildlife Management Unit WMU #13. This area has great small game hunting and is know for a heathy deer and black bear population.
