THIS IS PRIME DEER HUNTING PROPERTY

The hardest thing about deer hunting in Northwestern Ontario is deciding where to go.

The Fort Frances/Emo area is unique in the northwest due to the large amount of agricultural activity, and the overall richness of the land.

This helps to grow a lot of deer, and some very large bucks.

The climate is generally favorable to having a lot of fawn survival, so deer densities are high.

OWNING THIS PROPERTY TAKES THE GUESSWORK OF WHERE YOU WILL BE HUNTING AWAY!

This area and this property is a great destination and it provides all sorts of unique hunting possibilities for the landowner.

There are a lot of northeastern and southern Ontario hunters and American hunters who make the pilgrimage north each year for giant bucks.

SO HERE IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO OWN YOUR OWN DESTINATION.

Ontario has some huge deer.

Of the 30 subspecies of whitetails in North America, Ontario’s is the largest.

There is exceptional Whitetail Deer Hunting with abundant deer and many trophy  Bucks in this low pressure hunting area.

The deer in this area are very large-bodied & fast-growing.

Bucks that score in the 140's are fairly common.

Access to this property is pretty simple yet not so easy for everyone.

In the Town of EMO from the corner of Highway 11 and Highway 602 it is only 7 kilometers or 4.3 miles south to Fisher Road and then another 6 kilometers or 3.7 miles to where you park your vehicle and get onto the trail to the property.

That is only 13 kilometers or 8 MILES from town.

That places you within 1.6 kilometers or ONE MILE of the property then you park your truck and then use your ATV or ARGO to get to the property on an ATV/ARGO trail straight north to the property.

How long does it take to go 1 mile or 1.6 kilometers?

Taking your time, probably 10 minutes or so.

At most you can shop for groceries, go to a restaurant, get gas and other supplies within 20 minutes form your property.

About half the property is high and dry .

About ¼ of the property is wetlands with a creek and pods

About ¼ of the property is lower land that mostly wet only in the spring after the snowmelt.

THIS MAKES IT PRIME DEER COUNTRY!

Place your blinds or tree stands, clear out and mark your shooting lanes and reward yourself with a successful hunt.

Get to know your property and build your hunting cabin in the best place.

What else can you hunt for here?

In addition to deer hunting this area offers hunters some great opportunities for big game hunting including black bear and moose.

In addition to big game, you can do a predator hunt for timber wolves.

This area also offers waterfowl hunting opportunities.

Mallards, bluebills, teals, along with several other species of ducks migrate through the region in the autumn.
