The contour maps show no swampy areas on the property.

 

When driving along the gravel road you will see that portions of the property on the north side of the road is low and wet.

The south side of the road is low and wet in places but there are a couple of decent building spots  on the south side of the road and east of the lake where you could build a small cabin.

ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

There are two ways to get to this property.

Easiest way is to go to the community of Porcupine just east of Timmins and take Florence Street until you get to the gravel road and this gravel road will take you to the property. (ask us for directions to the property).

OR

Come on the gravel road off of Highway 655.

The road to the property is a seasonal road that is not plowed in winter so in the non-winter months take your truck and in winter take your snowmobile.
