There is no electrical power available so when you build a cottage/cabin you would have to GO GREEN.

Within a 30 min drive is the village of Pass Lake. Here if you needed to resupply, they have a small grocery, conveniences, post office and even an LCBO!
Also in the Pass Lake area, you can play a round on the Bayview Golf Course.
This property is also close to Thunder Bay by approx 25 mins or 45 kms. Also only a short drive of approx. 56kms is the quaint little town of Nipigon, Ont.
