Getting to this property is pretty easy.
You can drive easily on Mill Road to within about 570 meters of the east property line.
Then from Mill road there is a short access trail that goes for about 330 meters and that takes you to the hydro line.
From that point on you can drive for 240 meters to the east property line.
From what we are told you should be able to drive a truck in the dry season right from Mill Road to the property.
Worst case you could certainly take an ATV or an ARGO from Mill Road to the property.
Of course, in winter, you can snowmobile to the property from Mill Road.
We will class the access as a limited, seasonal access under “remote access”.
