A review of the original patent reveals that the SURFACE RIGHTS COME WITH THIS PROPERTY.

Mineral rights are owned by the Crown.

ALL TREES are reserved to the Crown.

A few thousand acres of Crown Land abuts this property to the north.

We believe that Crown land is also between this property and Malone Lake to the south.

MALONE LAKE is just south of the property.

There is a trail that goes to Malone Lake and it is a short 292 meter or 950 foot walk or ATV ride.

Looking at the aerial photo’s you can see the trail and where people place their boats into the water.

A review of the MNR “Fish-On-Line” web site shows that Malone Lake has Northern Pike and Yellow Perch within it’s waters.

It is in Fisheries Management Zone 8.

Malone Lake has a surface area of 23.3 Hectares or about 57 acres.

It has a maximum depth of 3.4 meters or about 12 feet.

It has an average depth of 2.1 meters or about 7 feet

Some locals have stated that they have caught walleye in the lake but we cannot confirm that.

This area’s rugged landscape IS a Hunting Paradise!

This property is backing onto thousands of acres of Crown Land at the north section.
