A beautiful remote property in Northwestern Ontario, Canada that is a short boat ride from a well maintained airstrip.
A few hours flight north of the State of Minnesota.
There is air service by Turbo prop from the thriving gold mining town of Red Lake, Ontario.
North Spirit Lake is located 110 miles north of Red Lake, Ontario.

We have identified a number of islands that can be built on or that would support quite a few numbers of cottages or cabins on a few of them.
These islands range from 72 acres in size to just around a half acre.

Power would be by solar, wind, propane or a combination of all or some of these choices.
All building materials would have to be brought in by air and then by boat to the property.

ABOUT THE ISLANDS
A1-Kachipwapikak Island
The island property is within MC PA2925, MC PA2920, MC PA2908, MC PA2914
This is about a 72 acre island.
About 11,600 feet of shoreline.
The west portion of the island is relatively level and mostly about 2 meters above the lake level.
The easterly portion of the island is about 2 meters above the lake level and a small part of the interior of the island rises to about 10 meters or about 32 feet above the rest of the island.
There are many building locations on this island.
A2-Kichiminitik Island
The island property is within MC PA2908, MC PA2909, MC PA2786, MC PA2785
About a 56 acre island.
About 9,150 feet of shoreline.
Nice beach area about 200 feet long and 25 feet deep.
The island is well wooded and about 2 meters above the lake water.
A3-Wemichikosi Island (Camp Island)
This is about a 7 acre island.
This island is within MC PA2785
About 2,620 feet of shoreline.
This island is well wooded and about 2 meters above the lake level.
The trees are basically down to the shoreline.
Many building locations to build on.
A4-Unnamed island
This island is within MC PA2896, MC PA2895, MC PA2894
This is about 20.8 acres of this island.
About 3,230 feet of shoreline.
The island is relatively level throughout.
Mostly about 2 meters above the lake level.
Island is well wooded with good growth of trees.
Mostly a rocky type of shoreline.
A5-Unnamed Island
This land parcel is the northeast section of this island.
The property is about a 1.5 acre .

About 870 feet of shoreline.
The whole island is 7 acres in size of which 5.5 acres is Crown Land.

The 3rd island which is just under a half acre can also support a small cabin or at worst maybe build a platform and erect a YURT.
The 4th island at 0.20 acres is small but again, you can build a platform and erect a YURT, with a composting toilet.

The shoreline is rocky.

If you're a private pilot or looking to fly direct on a charter flight and staying at the North Spirit Lake Lodge then the Lodge will meet you for pick up and transport you to the lodge.
Just call from your last stop with an ETA and the lodge will meet you at the airport.
