The cottages come WELL EQUIPPED,  ready to go for this summer. All the bedding, beds, utensils, couches, chairs, tables, BBQ, wood stoves, boats, trailer and outdoor furniture will be available with the sale. Also the owners will be including the fridge, stove, microwave, washer and dyer!

All you will need to bring is your clothes, personal effects, food, water bait and gas. How easy is that?!

The cabin is approx 36x38 feet with a second level loft style bedroom. The main level has a secondary guest bedroom with an additional fold out bed and an open concept kitchen/dining/living-room. For those nights when you don't wanna call it a night, you can enjoy the screened in veranda/porch.


The cottages are off-grid however they have installed a solar system with generator back-up. They also utilize propane for the appliances.


The second cabin is approx 36x32 feet and has 2 bedrooms, separate bathroom, open concept kitchen/dinning and living-room. The siding is vinyl and has a metal roof, very low maintenance but long lasting. This cabin is equipped with a wood stove, fridge and stove, all bedding and linens.


The property has several outbuildings, storage sheds and a boathouse with a sauna.


If you need any supplies, groceries or gas, Armstrong is only 22 kms away.


Waweig Lake is a Lake Trout lake, however the locals have stated there are perch, pike, and the odd pickerel in the lake. Fishing is great!

The water is clear and refreshing.


Because of the location, this is area is desired by hunters and anglers alike. The proximity to other large lakes such as Obonga, Cheeseman, Kopka and even Lake Nipigon are not too far away.
